Terms of Service

The terms you use Bizio Invoicing under: what the service does and does not do, your responsibilities for invoice data and FBR credentials, plans and payment, and the limits of our liability.

Last updated 18 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Bizio Invoicing — the website at bizioinvoicing.pk and the invoicing application behind it. Please read them: they set out what we do, what we do not do, and what each of us is responsible for.

1. The agreement

Bizio Invoicing is a software service operated as a sole proprietorship based in Pakistan. By using the service — including by signing in to an account we create for you — you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and of the business you are using it for, and you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. If you are using it for a business, “you” in these terms means that business.

2. What the service is

Bizio Invoicing is software that helps you prepare sales invoices, check them, and submit them to the Federal Board of Revenue's digital invoicing system using your own FBR credentials. It records each submission together with the response FBR returns.

Bizio Invoicing is an independent software provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or PRAL.

The service is not an accounting package, does not prepare or file tax returns, and does not make your business compliant on its own. Whether a filing is accepted is decided by FBR, and whether it is correct depends on the details you enter.

3. Not tax or legal advice

Nothing in the service, on this website, or in any message from us is tax, accounting or legal advice. That includes the explanatory material on our public pages, which is general background only.

Deciding whether a filing requirement applies to your business, and which HS code, sale type, rate, exemption or scenario applies to a transaction, is your responsibility, and one you should take with a qualified tax consultant.

4. Accounts and access

  • Accounts are created by us at your request. There is no self-service registration.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at bizio.official1@gmail.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
  • Where we set up accounts for your staff, you are responsible for the people you ask us to give access to, and for telling us when someone should no longer have it.
  • You must give us accurate details when you ask for an account and keep them up to date.

5. Your FBR credentials

Invoices are submitted under the FBR digital invoicing token that you provide. By adding a token you confirm that it belongs to your business, that you are entitled to use it, and that you authorise us to use it to submit the invoices you ask us to submit — and for nothing else.

Tokens are stored on our server and are never sent to your browser. You may replace or remove a token at any time in the application; removing it stops any further submissions.

6. Sandbox and production

Accounts start in FBR's sandbox environment. Invoices filed in sandbox are test submissions and have no legal effect.

Production filing is enabled separately. An invoice accepted in production is a real filing made by your business, with all the consequences that carries. Check your details before you switch.

7. Your responsibilities

  • The data is yours. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you enter or upload, including buyer details, item classifications, rates and amounts.
  • Compliance is yours. You remain responsible for complying with tax law, including whether, when and what you are required to file.
  • Check what was filed. Submission results, including rejections, are shown in the application. You should review them and act on anything that failed.
  • Third-party details. You confirm you are entitled to give us the buyer information contained in your invoices.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service to submit false, fraudulent or unlawful invoices, or to file on behalf of a business you are not authorised to act for;
  • use someone else's FBR credentials, or share your account with people we have not issued access to;
  • attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls or access restrictions;
  • copy, reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without our written agreement;
  • interfere with the service or place an unreasonable load on it, including through automated scraping or bulk requests outside the features we provide.

9. Plans, allowances and payment

  • Plans are quoted per business. Your price, billing period and allowances are the ones agreed with you when your account is set up or renewed.
  • Allowances are real limits. A plan includes a number of invoices for each billing period, and limits on saved customers and saved products. When an allowance is used up or its period has ended, the service will stop accepting new records of that type until the plan is renewed or extended.
  • Payment is in advance for the billing period, by the method agreed with us. Your account and allowance are updated once payment is received.
  • Taxes. Fees are exclusive of any tax or duty payable on them, which is your responsibility unless we say otherwise in writing.
  • Refunds. Fees for a period that has started are generally non-refundable. If something has gone wrong on our side, talk to us — we would rather sort it out than stand on this clause.
  • Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before one takes effect.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, faults and changes at FBR can all interrupt it, and FBR's own systems are outside our control — if FBR's API is unavailable or changes, submissions may fail or be delayed regardless of anything we do.

We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what the service does, we will tell account holders before it takes effect.

11. Suspension and ending the service

We may suspend or close an account if fees are unpaid, if these terms are breached, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. After closure we will give you a reasonable period to obtain a copy of your invoice records before they are removed, subject to anything we are required to retain.

12. Your data

Your business data — your invoices, customers, products and records — remains yours. You grant us permission to store and process it for the purpose of providing the service to you, including transmitting invoices to FBR at your instruction.

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Our intellectual property

The software, the website, the Bizio Invoicing name and the branding belong to us. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership in it.

14. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that FBR will accept any particular invoice, or that using the service will by itself make your business compliant.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, nor for any penalty, default surcharge or assessment imposed on you by a tax authority arising from the details you entered, from a filing you chose to make, or from a filing you failed to make.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Pakistan, including liability for fraud.

16. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, from invoices you submit through it, or from your use of FBR credentials you were not entitled to use.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they were last revised, and we will notify account holders of material changes.
