What we build

Bizio Invoicing is software for filing sales invoices with the Federal Board of Revenue's digital invoicing system. It handles the part between your paperwork and FBR's API: a form built on the fields FBR expects, checks before anything is filed, the submission itself, and a record of what came back.

That is the whole scope, on purpose. It is not an accounting package, it does not file your returns, and it does not try to be a general business suite. It does the filing, and it keeps proof of it.

Why it exists

Digital invoicing moved a lot of work forward in time. Details that used to be corrected at the end of a month now have to be right at the moment an invoice is issued, and an invoice with a near-enough HS code or a mismatched registration number comes straight back. For a business filing a handful of invoices a day, that is a real cost — usually paid in someone's afternoon.

The aim here is narrow: make the correct filing the easy one, tell you what is wrong before FBR does, and leave a record you can show months later without relying on anyone's memory.

How we work

• Accounts are set up by hand. There is no self-service sign-up. You message us, we create the account, and you know who to talk to afterwards.
• Sandbox comes first. Every account starts in FBR's test environment, so nothing is filed for real until you have run the process yourself.
• Support is a conversation. WhatsApp and email reach a person, not a ticket queue with an autoresponder.
• We say what the product does, not what it might do. Everything described on this site is something the product does today.

What we are not

Bizio Invoicing is an independent software provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or PRAL.

We are also not tax advisers. Which HS code, sale type, rate or scenario applies to a transaction — and whether a filing requirement applies to your business at all — are questions for you or your tax consultant. We can explain what a field is; we cannot tell you what to put in it.
