Asking for an account

Accounts are created by us rather than through a sign-up form, so a first message goes fastest if it already includes:

  • your business name, as it is registered;
  • your registration number — NTN or CNIC;
  • the province your business is registered in;
  • the plan you are interested in — Essential, Premium or Custom — if you already know.

We will confirm your plan and integration charge and, once you are happy, set the account up and send you the sign-in details. You start in sandbox mode, so nothing is filed for real while you are still finding your way around.

Prefer a form? Fill this in and we'll open WhatsApp with your details ready to send — you can still read and change the message before it goes.

Please don't include your FBR token or password — there's a field for the token inside the app once your account is set up.

Support and response times

We aim to answer every message within one working day. If something is blocking a filing, say so at the start of the message — it gets looked at first.

Please do not send your FBR token, your password, or anything else you would not want copied, over WhatsApp or email. There is a field for the token inside the app, and no one from Bizio Invoicing will ever ask you for your password.

Questions we cannot answer

Whether a filing requirement applies to your business, which HS code or sale type belongs on a transaction, and how much tax is due are questions for your tax consultant. We can explain what a field means and why FBR rejected something; we cannot choose the value for you. The background guide covers the terms, and the FAQ covers the rest.
