Preparing an invoice

The part that takes the most time on any given day, made repeatable.

  • An invoice form shaped by FBR's fields

    Seller, buyer and line-item details in the structure FBR expects — document type, sale type, HS code, unit of measurement, rate, and SRO schedule and serial where they apply.

  • Saved customers

    Registration number, registration type, province and address kept once and reused on any invoice, so a regular buyer is one selection rather than five fields.

  • Saved products

    Your own product list with its code, HS code, unit, rate, sale type and unit price, so the same item is filed the same way every time.

  • FBR's reference lists, built in

    Provinces, document types, transaction types, units of measurement, HS codes and SRO schedules come from FBR's own reference data rather than a list someone typed up once.

Filing with FBR

The step where mistakes are expensive, so it is checked twice.

  • Checked before it is filed

    Invoices are validated locally and then against FBR before submission, and problems are reported against the field they belong to — so fewer submissions come back rejected.
  • Premium

    Excel batch filing

    Upload the supported Excel template and validate a whole batch with FBR in one action instead of keying invoices one at a time. It keeps running on our servers if you close the tab.

    Every row tracked separately

    A batch shows what has gone through and what has not, row by row, so a single bad line does not leave the rest of the upload unaccounted for.

  • Sandbox and production modes

    Practise the whole process in FBR's test environment, with production filing switched on separately once you are ready for it to count.

    Every invoice you send is kept with its status and FBR's response, including the number FBR assigned, so nothing depends on anyone's memory.

  • Your data stays yours

    Invoices, customers and products are scoped to your business and are used to run the service for you — not sold, and not shared for advertising.
  • Premium

    Advanced filters

    Narrow your invoices by status — several at once — together with document type and period, so the records that need attention are quick to find.

  • Credentials handled carefully

    Your FBR token is stored server-side and never shipped to the browser, and sign-in runs on Google Firebase Authentication, so your password is never stored by us.
